What are Exxact Valence VWS-158270643 and Exxact Valence VWS-117032084 and how do they compare to the other DGX Station models?

NVIDIA lists seven vendors of DGX Station hardware:

  • ASUS
  • Dell
  • Exxact (Exxact Corp)
  • Gigabyte
  • HP
  • MSI
  • Supermicro

All NVIDIA DGX Station hardware uses the NVIDIA DGX Station motherboard, and one of three cooling solutions pre-approved by NVIDIA, all of them use a 1600 W power supply. The performance will be the same on all of them, this is ensured and tightly controlled by NVIDIA (source: several personal conversations with Supermicro, Gigabyte and MSI at the ISC 2026 in Hamburg).

We have compiled a list of some other differences of the individual NVIDIA DGX Station solutions, which we will publish shortly. In the meantime, reach out to us to help with your decision amongst the different DGX Station offerings.

Of all the names mentioned above, I have never heard about Exxact before. Some research brought up some additional information.

Who is Exxact Corporation?

Here is some background information on Exxact Corp:

What is Exxact Valence?

Exxact Valence appears to be a series of workstation systems that Exxact Corporation distribute. From my research (see below), I assume these are rebranded, or slightly modified, systems by companies such as HP, etc. In the case of the Exxact Valence DGX Station systems, I suspect them to be originally from MSI and Gigabyte.

What are the unique features of the NVIDIA DGX Station systems from Exxact Corporation?

Due to the case appearance, these systems appear to me to be rebranded or slightly modified systems from Gigabyte and MSI. Therefore, they should have the exact same properties as these two systems (possibly with a replaced nameplate).

They do not provide a lot of information online about their systems. For example, in-depth documentation and marketing material is missing, such as the other companies provide.

As such, they should probably be considered a distributor, rather than an OEM, for NVIDIA DGX Station systems.

Exxact Corporation have two systems. Only one is linked from NVIDIA’s site (the first one):

Exxact Valence NVIDIA DGX Station™ – 1x NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip – VWS-158270643

Exxact Valence VWS-158270643 System front

Exxact Valence VWS-158270643 Dimensions: 9.6″ wide x 23.4″ deep x 20.8″ high

Compare this to the MSI XpertStation WS300:

MSI XpertStation WS300 front

Dimensions of the MSI XpertStation WS300: 9.76″ wide x 22.9″ deep x 20.78″ high – they differ slightly.

In any case, the case language is very similar. The MSI XpertStation WS300 and the Exxact Valence VWS-158270643 look almost identical.

They seem to be siblings at the very least; I expect they would perform very similarly on other characteristics, such as noise levels, which are influenced by the case design.

These two systems look very, very similar. It is quite likely, that it is the same system, which has been rebranded “Exxact”.

I’ve created a YouTube video about their systems:

How should I compare Exxact Valence systems?

If you follow my logic, you should consider them to be systems from MSI, or from Gigabyte, respectively. We will publish further in-depth reviews – reach out to us any time for a personal overview about DGX Station systems.

Comparing to other providers, I recommend to compare Exxact Corp’s:

  • prices
  • expected customer service level (post-sales service)
