Es handelt sich um eine der ersten Schreibtischimplementierungen des <strong>NVIDIA DGX Station GB300<\/strong> Plattform, und es gibt sehr wenige ver\u00f6ffentlichte Fotografien eines ge\u00f6ffneten Ger\u00e4ts. Nachfolgend finden Sie die verifizierten Spezifikationen, wie das Innere tats\u00e4chlich aussieht und worin sich Gigabytes Konstruktion von Supermicros Version desselben NVIDIA-Referenzdesigns unterscheidet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jede Angabe in der nachstehenden Tabelle wurde von Gigabytes eigener Spezifikationstafel, die am Stand fotografiert wurde, \u00fcbertragen und abgeglichen mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/products\/workstations\/dgx-station\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Die ver\u00f6ffentlichte Spezifikation der NVIDIA DGX Station<\/a>. In unseren Nahaufnahmen tr\u00e4gt das GPU-Geh\u00e4use die Markierung <strong>GB110-893R-A1<\/strong> und das Grace CPU-Paket ist gepr\u00e4gt <strong>TH500-904-A2<\/strong> \u2014 die beiden Chips, die nebeneinander unter separaten W\u00e4rmeableitern angeordnet sind und von LPDDR5X-Speicher umgeben sind. Der ConnectX-8 SuperNIC ist ein separates Bauteil mit der Kennzeichnung <strong>CX08-E0005R21C-X4<\/strong>. Bei dem Speicher in der von uns fotografierten Einheit handelte es sich um eine Samsung M.2 NVMe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Detail, das wir nicht erwartet hatten, war ein dedizierter <strong>Sensorplatine zur Leckageerkennung<\/strong>. Es verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber acht separate Sensoreing\u00e4nge mit den Bezeichnungen LEAK AIN1 bis LEAK AIN8, zwei LED-Ausg\u00e4nge und eine I\u00b2C-Schnittstelle. Quelle: Gigabyte.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Erstens ist die Behauptung bez\u00fcglich PCIe Gen6 wahr, und sie ist interessanter, als sie aussieht.<\/strong> Die beiden Gen6-\u00d74-M.2-2280-Steckpl\u00e4tze sind keineswegs an die Grace-CPU angebunden \u2013 sie sind stattdessen verbunden \u00fcber die <strong>NVIDIA ConnectX-8 SuperNIC<\/strong>, der sowohl als PCIe-Switch als auch als Netzwerkadapter fungiert. Die anderen beiden M.2-2280-Steckpl\u00e4tze nutzen PCIe 5.0 \u00d74 direkt von Grace. Die vier M.2-Steckpl\u00e4tze sind somit nicht gleichwertig, und die Wahl der Best\u00fcckung hat architektonische Konsequenzen: Speicher hinter der SuperNIC befindet sich auf demselben Silizium wie die 400-GbE-Ports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zweitens gibt es eine echte BMC.<\/strong> Das Diagramm zeigt einen P3809-Baseboard-Management-Controller mit einem eigenen Mini-DisplayPort-Ausgang und einem dedizierten Management-LAN \u00fcber einen Realtek RTL8211FSI-CG, getrennt von dem 10-Gb\/s-Marvell-Datenanschluss. Out-of-Band-Management ist ein Server-Merkmal, und das Vorhandensein desselben an einem Tischger\u00e4t bedeutet, dass dieses in ein Rack eingebaut und aus der Ferne verwaltet werden kann, anstatt nur als Workstation genutzt zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Drittens die Sicherheitshardware.<\/strong> A <strong>TPM 2.0<\/strong> Modul und ein <strong>EROT<\/strong> (Ein externer Root of Trust) befindet sich neben dem SPI-Flash auf dem SPI-Bus der Grace-CPU. F\u00fcr Kunden, die diese Maschine speziell deshalb erwerben, weil ihre Daten nicht an einen Cloud-Anbieter \u00fcbermittelt werden d\u00fcrfen, sind ein verifizierter Systemstart (Verified Boot) und ein hardwarebasierter Root of Trust \u00fcblicherweise Teil derselben Compliance-Diskussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Diagramm best\u00e4tigt zudem 4-Kanal-SOCAMM-LPDDR5X, die drei PCIe-x16-Steckpl\u00e4tze (einmal Gen5 \u00d716, zweimal Gen5 \u00d78), einen M.2-2230-E-Key-Steckplatz f\u00fcr WLAN\/Bluetooth sowie das USB-Layout: viermal USB 3.2 Gen2 an der R\u00fcckseite, zweimal USB 3.2 Gen1 sowie einmal USB 3.2 Gen2 Typ-C an der Oberseite, nebst ALC4080-Audio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bildergalerie des Gigabyte W775-V10-L01<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bitte beachten Sie: Aus Anlass der Fachmesse (ISC), auf der dieses System ausgestellt wurde, wurde die Fl\u00fcssigk\u00fchleinheit entfernt.
